These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Crescent College Past Pupils Union website and the purchase of photographic prints from the Crescent Past Pupils Digital Archive.
By accessing or using this website, or by placing an order for photographic prints, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.
Use of Website
This website is provided for informational and archival purposes relating to the history and community of Crescent College and its past pupils.
Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems, or use the content in a way that could damage, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the site.
Ordering Prints
Please note that the following terms and conditions apply when ordering prints from the Crescent Past Pupils Union Digital Archive.
Orders & Payment
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have selected the correct photographs and quantities before completing their purchase.
Please ensure that the photo description and quantity are clearly indicated prior to payment.
All payments are processed securely using PayPal. Customers do not need to create a PayPal account and may complete payment using a credit or debit card.
Please ensure that the delivery address is clearly entered within PayPal, as this address will be used for dispatch. We will not contact customers to confirm delivery details.
Once PayPal payment notification is received, orders will be processed within 10 working days.
Prints
All digital images in the archive are scanned directly from original photographic prints.
In some cases, images may appear cropped, faded, blurred or damaged due to the condition of the original photograph. Customers should review the preview image carefully and ensure they are satisfied with the image as displayed before placing an order.
Standard prints are supplied as 10 × 8 inch high-quality photographic prints.
In certain cases where the original photograph has a different aspect ratio, a 12 × 8 inch print may be supplied instead in order to preserve the proportions of the original image. This decision is made at the discretion of the CPPU Archivist and will be provided at no additional cost.
Shipping
Photographic prints are produced and dispatched by our print supplier.
Please allow up to 5 working days for printing before photographs are posted.
All prints are dispatched in a rigid card-backed envelope to ensure that they arrive in good condition.
Postage to any location worldwide is included in the cost of the print.
Please ensure that the delivery address is clearly provided in PayPal, as this address will be used for shipping.
Delivery times are not guaranteed. Please allow up to 28 days from the date of order for delivery.
