Table Quiz raises funds for local charities

The recent Table Quiz held in Collins Bar in Dooradoyle was a great success.  Between the entry fees, a raffle and prize money donated by the winning tables over €1300 was raised on the night. The death has occurred of Frank O’Donoghue, who attended the Sacred Heart College, The Crescent from 1947 to 1954. He ran a family fruit business in Limerick. His brother Walter also attended Sacred Heart College from 1947 to 1954, and his death occurred a few years previously.
