Past Pupils present €1000 to Peter McVerry Trust at Christmas

The Crescent College Past Pupils Union were delighted to present a cheque for one thousand euro to the Fr Peter McVerry Trust in Limerick today.  At this time of year the work of the Peter McVerry Trust is at its most critical helping those who are homeless when the irish weather is at its worst.  In the spirit of the season and thanks to the most generous support of Crescent Past Pupils the funds were raised at the highly popular annual Crescent Past Pupils Golf Event held last September in Limerick Golf Club.

The Crescent College Past Pupils Union has raised and donated over €2500 to local Limerick charities in 2019.

The Crescent Past Pupils Union provides a network of support and social activities for past pupils and staff, maintains the Jesuit culture of the school and its links with the national and international Jesuit community and  honours the achievements of past pupils and staff.
